Contractual work - drawing up a contract at your request from scratch, or correcting an existing one, analyzing an already signed one by identifying risks.

Algorithm of actions:

• Preliminary consultation - discussion of all subtleties, providing you with exhaustive information.
• Determination of the type of contract, as well as coordination of essential conditions therein.
• Agreement on the task "draw up a contract". At this stage, an advance payment is usually made and a service contract is signed.
• Compilation of the draft document by our specialist.
• After you check the contract, the latter is obliged to pay the full cost of the work on it.
• At the final stage of the work, our lawyer sends you an electronic or paper version of the drafted document with final edits.

These stages in the development of contracts are not considered mandatory, it is quite possible to order a service for checking an already finished document or developing a part of it. All these subtleties are resolved between a representative of our company and you.
