Local regulations
The current legislation of Ukraine does not define the concept of local regulations of the enterprise. In general, or in accordance with the customs of business turnover, these are the internal documents of the company, which are compiled and approved by the head of the enterprise, the employer within its competence.
Very often, local documents that are responsible for organizing the work of the company in terms of the relationship between the employee and the employer are drawn up formally, for show, to report on their availability to the inspectors. These documents lie without action, these documents are not used daily, not even all employees know about their existence. But the range of issues that can be covered by these documents is not so small, in addition, these documents identify issues to which the current legislation does not give an unambiguous answer. Ukraine's integration into the European Union market requires constant improvement of legislation, since most of the norms are Soviet and outdated. A striking example of innovation is the adopted Law of Ukraine "On Collective Agreements and Agreements" No. 2937-IX of April 14, 2023.
